Shipping & Delivery
SHIPPING POLICY
For domestic orders, we use registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post services for shipping. Orders are delivered within 3-7 days, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, by the courier company/post office regulations.
We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier company/postal authorities. We commit to handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-4 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation.
Shipping rates:
A charge of ₹100 per shipment is applicable.
Processing / Dispatches:
All products are carefully processed and dispatched by our team.
We strive to ensure each order is executed with utmost care.
All orders typically require a processing time of 2-3 business
days before dispatch. This timeframe allows us to carefully create and prepare
your items. Once processed, delivery time will vary based on your location.
During the holidays and major promotions, shipping may require
additional time. Once an order is packed and ready to ship, a label is printed
for the shipment, and customers will receive a mail message stating that their
shipment is on its way along with the tracking number.
If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date,
please reach out so that we can do our best to accommodate you. You may do this
by emailing our team at info@vanquishpharmaceuticals.com. Please note that all orders
typically require a processing time of 2-3 business days before dispatch. Once
your parcel is shipped, we cannot reroute it. If we are unable to meet your
delivery requirements, we will notify you.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any
reasons outside the control of The Vanquish Store, including but not limited to
poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery
area, or force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall inform you of
such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a full refund.
